Threaded lifting pin self-locking axial bearing
AP41.1015.0030
Material:
- pin part: heat-treated manganese phosphated steel; stainless steel (1.4542) hardened;
- press button: aluminum (Alu), orange, anodised;
- threaded element: SST (1.4542); hardened;
- axial bearing: steel, nitrided, polished; Stainless steel;
- handle: thermoplastic (PA), black (RAL 9005);
- spring: SST.
Characteristics:
- threaded lock pins are used for quick attachment, locking, adjustment, changing and securing of products;
- pressing the button unlocks the thread and allows insertion and exit from a threaded hole;
- self-locking due to spring load;
- the axial bearing significantly increases the clamping force for the same handle size by reducing surface friction;
- protection of the part thanks to a fixed contact surface;
- low adjustment behavior due to higher pre-tensioning force in the threaded end;
- F(kN) in the table is the maximum tension force;
- F1(kN) in the table is the average tension force;
- F2(kN) in the table is the double-edged shear strength;
- M in the table represents the tightening torque (Nm);
- M1 in the table represents the average tightening torque (Nm);
- x in the table represents the female thread (mm);
- temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C.
