Profile dampers
ACE's highly successful TUBUS series is an ideal alternative when very precise deceleration is not required. The structural dampers are available in more than 140 different versions and are particularly suitable for braking masses under extreme conditions.
They are also highly recommended when there is little mounting space. The highly resistant one-piece dampers are made of co-polyester elastomer and, thanks to their constant energy absorption, are very efficient in conditions where other materials fail or do not even approximate the high service life of several million strokes. They are reversible, inexpensive, compact and lightweight and they absorb occurring energy, depending on the version with different damping characteristics.
