Finally, the time has come. Mparts BV and BIBUS Romicon BV have officially merged, resulting in a company with a new name: BIBUS BV.

The company head office is located on Meer en Duin 295, in the town of Lisse. In recent months, a lot of hard work has been carried out behind the scenes in both companies, not only to physically combine employees and stocks of both organisations, but also to seamlessly merge the entire ICT-invironment within one entity with a single name.

Stefan van der Beek, director of Mparts BV explains: “It was a major challenge, which our team completed in a relatively short time.” All product lines of the two companies are on display in the restyled Magento 2.0 webshop of BIBUS BV. BIBUS BV is a subsidiary of the Swiss BIBUS Holding AG.

Globally, the Swiss parent company provides work to 1,100 employees, divided over 51 companies in 29 countries. BIBUS Holding AG, as an internationally operating organisation it has made a name for itself in recent years, particularly in the business unit Technology (to which BIBUS BV belongs) mainly focused on the fields of Mechatronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Environmental Technology.

BIBUS BV has developed a route map for the introduction of new packages to be rolled out in phases. Starting with the introduction of a hefty pneumatics package, the introduction is followed-up with product packages from A-suppliers operating particularly in the field of mechatronics for which BIBUS Holding AG already holds European distributorships.

Van der Beek: “As one team, we proudly take this step forward towards a joint future as a total supplier and potential systems integrator of the aforementioned product packages in the widest sense of the word. For January 2023, an official opening ceremony will be planned in the company head office in Lisse. Invitations to the event will follow in due course.
