The advantages of hygienic levelling feet

The advantages of hygienic levelling feet are aimed at saving. The smooth levelling feet are easier to clean, which means less time is needed to clean the levelling feet, the first savings are a fact.

In addition, by using hygienic levelling feet, a minimum of 28% can be saved on both the required amount of water and cleaning agents. This saving translates into lower cleaning costs and a lower ecological footprint of the components. In this way, hygienic levelling feet contribute to more sustainable business operations.

In the video linked below, cleaning a hygienically certified levelling foot is compared to the cleaning of a standard one. Not only does a hygienic levelling foot save water, cleaning agents and time, a test UV light shows that the hygienic levelling feet also become cleaner than standard levelling feet.

How does a blind rivet nut work?

Blind rivet nuts have a hollow/tubular front piece that makes it possible to fix a nut in a hole, without having to reach the back. Blind rivet nuts can be placed in a blind hole, just like blind rivets.

This means that only one side of the plate, tube, tube or other object needs to be accessible. For other fastening solutions, such as pressure joints (clinching), both sides of the workpiece must be accessible. Blind rivet nuts can therefore be used for a wide range of applications.

Gasveren met dempingGas springs with full-stroke damping!

These gas springs with full-stroke damping have been specially developed for the protection of delicate products! The desired damping properties are applied in the form of a tapered groove completely to customer specifications. This tapered groove is filled with oil as soon as the piston rod enters or exits.

This type of damping has a number of advantages. For example, not only can controlled damping be achieved over the entire stroke, but the way in which the gas spring is mounted (with piston rod pointing upwards or downwards) does not affect the damping properties. Read more >>

Spring plungersVerende drukstukken

Spring plungers are machine parts that consist of a ball or pin. Spring plungers are used for positioning, securing, locking, or uncoupling actions in machines and equipment.

For example, spring plungers can be used for positioning axes in medical applications, the electronics industry, and other industrial applications where the relatively simple removal of components is required or where movable parts must be quickly and easily fastened and secured.
