Index Plungers with rapid locking head

Material:

• body: steel, blackened; SST 303 (1.4305);
• press button: thermoplastic POM, red;
• locking pin: steel, blackened; SST 303 (1.4305), nickel-plated;
• knob: thermoplastic PA-6, black-grey, matt.

Characteristics:

• index plungers are used for indexing bores;
• the screw length can be adapted by distance collars for index plungers;
• the locking pin is drawn in and locked by pulling the knob;
• the projecting red press button indicates the locking position (locking pin drawn in);
• pushing the red press button causes the locking pin to jump back into the locking position;
• knob not removable;
• lock nuts have to be purchased separately;
• F1N and F2N in the table represent the spring load (N ± statistical average values);
• * in the drawing represents lock nuts CH22 (steel and SST);
• temperature range from a minimum of -30°C up to a maximum of 80°C.
