Torsional Highflex Couplings TNR

Innovative, non-shiftable Torsional Highflex Couplings of the TNR series – previously known as TSCHAN® TNR – provide flexible adjustment of dynamic torsional spring stiffness, ensuring smoother start-up and vibration-optimized operation of the entire drive train. The coupling stiffness is precisely matched to the specific drive train conditions through the careful selection and combination of suitable elastic buffers. Specially developed for use with combustion engines, these couplings can move in all directions, effectively compensating for angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignments. Mounted between an engine and a component such as a transfer box, these modular couplings are ideally suited for construction machinery like excavators, cranes, crushers, or wheel loaders, as well as in various areas of power generation, including wind and hydro power plants, emergency power units, or mobile generators, and in pumps and compressors. All TNR series couplings are highly compact, can be made puncture-proof with simple modifications, and are extremely user-friendly in terms of installation and maintenance.
