Locking assemblies RfN

Simple and quick assembly and disassembly, maintenance- and wear-free, absolutely backlash-free power transmission: locking assemblies are friction-locked shaft-hub connections manufactured to the highest quality standards. They are suitable for the precise fastening of various types of hubs, such as gears, wheels, chain sprockets, levers, cam discs, belt and brake discs, slip-on gears, couplings, or flanges on shafts and spindles. Unlike external clamping connections, such as shrink discs, clamping bushes are installed between the shaft and the hub. By tightening the bolts, the inner and outer rings press against the contact surfaces of the components to be connected, creating a friction-fit connection. This allows not only the highest torques but also axial, radial, and bending loads to be transmitted reliably. Keyless locking systems are a superior alternative to conventional shrink fits, keyways, or polygonal connections, offering outstanding concentricity and resistance to alternating torsion. Our locking systems are available in various standard designs and sizes, as well as customized special solutions.
