Meuleman Engineering
Since the early 1990s, Meuleman Engineering has been developing and producing, among other things, pipe and box punch guides and radius cutters. The company from Overijssel continues to innovate and improve the existing products. As a supplier, BIBUS could support the company in doing so.
The units are used in the production of sun protection industry, plastic roof boxes and many other industries. The materials that can be processed are aluminum, stainless steel, steel and plastic.
Pipe and box punch guides and clamping grips
Meuleman's units are suitable for punching tubes, strips and profiles in, for example, stainless steel, steel, aluminum and plastic applications. Various Meuleman punching machines use adjustable clamping levers with female thread for user-friendly and accurate use of the machines.
BIBUS has a wide range of clamping levers including fixed and adjustable clamping levers, eccentric quick releases, toggle screws, adjustable clamping levers and fixed clamping levers.
Fixed and adjustable toggles are for applications where something needs to be clamped, fixed or positioned. The operating form of the adjustable clamping levers can vary from a push button to a button with saw cut, a hexagon socket or a version that can be tightened manually. All adjustable clamping levers are fitted with a locking mechanism on the inside. Fully tailored to the final application, the clamping levers can be supplied in a conventional version or a design version.
Meuleman's clamping levers are made of Zamak and are supplied in a unique yellow RAL color, so that the levers fit seamlessly into Meuleman's house style. The clamping levers have a temperature range of -30°C to a maximum of 200°C. In addition to a customer-specific RAL color, the components can be ordered as standard in glossy black, matt black, orange, red, silver, gray and blue.
The clamping levers are also used in the radius cutters (see image below).
