Crucial to the innovative Wingsprayer design are the oil-filled dampers that must function flawlessly under very harsh conditions. The long arms of the spraying system create the necessary torsional forces and the dusty conditions in the field are also a challenge for normal oil dampers. After Wingsprayer unsuccessfully tested multiple brands of oil dampers in their design, BIBUS BV advised them with a custom solution of application-specific Bansbach oil dampers equipped with, among other things, Bansbach's patented Ceram plus coating. The unmatched quality of the Bansbach oil dampers, the customized advice from BIBUS BV, and the innovative Wingsprayer design make the Wingsprayer spray system an ongoing success story.
Besides the oil damper, BIBUS BV also supplies a micro-hydraulic double-acting mini cylinder. With these micro-hydraulic cylinders, large forces can be realized in a compact construction. These very compactly designed micro cylinders can generate a very high force of up to 4,000 Newtons and have a maximum working pressure of up to 200 bar. Wingsprayer's system needs to be universally connectable to a diversity of tractors, this solution was devised precisely for this purpose and is therefore very well suited.
