What is the best and worst part of your job?

The best is the versatility and contact with clients and my colleauges.

Rejection is part of the job sometimes but it motivates me to persevere and improve.

What have you learned in the last 25 years in your position with us?

In those 25 years I learned to stay flexible and how to work well with my colleagues and clients. I also learned how important it is to take responsibility for myself and keep further developing myself. 

Whar motivates you the most in your job?

That I can contribute soemthing to the business, learning new things and working together with colleagues and clients.

Can you be friends with colleagues?

Yes I think so, as long as there is a good balance between work and private life.

How do you switch from work life to home life?

Listening to music on the drive home. That is really a moment for myself, I can really clear my mind in that moment.

How do you relax?

I like to workout, taking walks, but also doing nothing and relaxing in the sauna.

Concert or festival?

Festival!

What is something you are proud of that you have accomplished at BIBUS?

I am especially proud that I have created such a click with my clients. For me it is not just about selling, but more to understand what they need. To have a long term relationship with them.

Dog or cat?

Both... the dog to keep me active and the cat to relax.
