The integration of Mparts BV and BIBUS Romicon BV has been successfully completed. On Thursday, January 12, BIBUS BV organized a well-attended press conference based on the recent merger. Through this video we would like to give you an impression of BIBUS BV: 

From January 1st, we contact you as one company. With special pride we present you our new name BIBUS BV. BIBUS BV, a new name with a new look. However, our people remain exactly the same. Furthermore, there are almost no changes as a result of this merger. All current contracts and agreements will be continued on January 1st 2023 by the new entity BIBUS BV.
