Spring plungers are essential machine components used for positioning, securing, locking, and releasing components. Expansion of the product range
The range of spring plungers has recently been expanded to include several new models. For example, there are now spring plungers with rolling balls, which reduce wear and provide smoother movement. These are available in both stainless steel and ceramic versions.
In addition, the product line has been expanded to include smaller sizes, such as M2, M3, and M4 (for example, the BA04 series with ball and slot), as well as larger sizes ranging from M5 to M24 within the BA14 series.
Innovative solutions
An interesting addition is the spring plunger with a horizontal mounting flange (BA57 series). This spring plunger makes it easy to position workpieces safely and accurately. This model is available in stainless steel and POM, with a choice of a rounded or wedge-shaped design and various spring forces (standard or reinforced).
