New in the BIBUS range is an extensive program of 'blind rivet systems' or blind rivet nuts, blind rivets and the associated tools. This allows you to quickly (blindly) attach parts to thin plates, tubes and pipes of, for example, metal, plastic, wood or even glass.
A blind rivet is placed from one side of a hole using blind rivet tools. The blind rivet is simply placed in the drilled hole and withdrawn, causing the sleeve of the blind rivet to "roll up". This creates a mechanical connection between the two or more parts.
