From August 30 to September 2, 2022 it's that time again, the ESEF Manufacturing Industry! The largest and most important event in the Benelux in the field of supply, outsourcing, product development and engineering will then take place in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Of course we will be present again this year! New: Stainless steel clamping lever with keyway!
We have expanded our range of clamping handles with the AD91, an adjustable clamping handle, completely made of stainless steel 303, for clamping, fixing or positioning a workpiece on machines and/or equipment, for example! This specially designed tension handle with nylon glass fiber reinforced grip is ideal for use in various industrial applications.
Interesting to report is that this new model has a keyway recording option! On the inside, this clamping handle with push button has a locking mechanism with 60 teeth and a pitch of 6°. As soon as the push button is activated, the internal spring mechanism of the AD91 clamping handle is pressed and the lock is released, allowing easy 360° adjustment of the clamping handle. The advantage of this special design is that this clamping handle is very suitable for use in smaller spaces, because it is simply enough to 'click' and turn back.
Gas springs with integrated click system for securing
The gas spring can hereby be mechanically secured in the lowest position of the piston rod. With just a light touch, the locking of the piston rod can be released again (think of a ballpoint pen).
This new gas spring is, for example, particularly interesting for TV furniture that has to be recessed into the interior and access hatches that have to be clicked away vertically. The compactly designed CS gas spring has no external control components, is available in four different sizes and in countless variants with various end connections!
Index plunger with mounting flange horizontal
We are happy to think along with you, also in the field of installation. In our webshop you can order, among other things, index plungers with mounting flange, which makes mounting easier. In addition to the Zamak versions, these are now also available in stainless steel!
The AG12 series is detented, which means that when the knob is pulled out and turned a quarter turn, the detent pin remains in the retracted position when the knob is released. And with the AG11 series, the pen always returns to its home position when the button is released.
