Why choose a lifting pin?
Lifting pins are used for quick attachment, locking, adjustment or securing. This makes lifting pins extremely suitable for easily and quickly unlocking frequently repetitive connections! The lifting pin is secured with a ball lock. By pressing the button the lock is released and it can be moved to the desired position. The different models are available in aluminum, plastic, stainless steel, steel and titanium. In addition to the ball insertion pin with various handles or a ball clamp pin, BIBUS also has innovative models in its range. An example of this is the lifting pin with self-clamping function and the self-locking and rotatable lifting eye!

EasyE-25 actuator from Bansbach (mini)
This new actuator from Bansbach is the smallest model they have developed so far. The new model is available in various speeds, stroke lengths and forces. Basically, the EasyE-25 has been developed for ergonomic and easy-to-operate adjustments. The EasyE-25 can be customized and is optionally available in black powder-coated steel or stainless steel 316 and available in a 12 or 24 VDC version, with or without a Molex connector. An extensive range of end connectors is also available. These robust valves are ultra-precise, have a large passage and are designed for approximately 200 million operations.
Vacuum grippers from COVAL
New: the silent vacuum gripper from the MVG series (65 dB) with I/O link for pick and place! Depending on the application, the gripper can be equipped with suction cups, foam pads and special hard plates (COVAL Flex), all with a multi-zone option. Each gripper can be completely custom made!

Expansion of stainless steel spring plungers!
We have recently expanded our range of spring plungers, including sizes M2, M3 and M4 for the spring plungers with ball and slot (BA04). But also sizes M5 to M24 for the BA14, these are spring plungers with a rolling ball (in ceramic or stainless steel).
