Turntable drives with high reliability
Figure 1 shows in the top left corner a rotary table driven by the CKD ABSODEX AX series. In industrial automation, the CKD ABSODEX AX series offers advanced rotary actuators that guarantee extremely precise and fast positioning. With an extensive programming function, they can be used for indexing, oscillations and continuous rotation.
The AX1000T excels in precision with exceptional indexing accuracy and minimal axis deviation. For applications requiring high rotational speed, the AX2000T with 300 rpm is the ideal choice. In addition, the versatile AX4000T, available in 8 variants, delivers a torque range from 9 to 1000 Nm, making it suitable for a wide range of tasks.
Robot accessories for industrial automation
Robots and industrial automation go hand in hand. It is therefore not for nothing that BIBUS' webshop contains RSP's full range of robot accessories. In the illustration, number 2 shows a tool changer.

Efficient shock absorbers from ACE
BIBUS' range includes industrial shock absorbers designed for challenging industrial environments. However, an increase in speed can lead to unwanted vibrations and impacts, which can affect both the quality of the final product and the life of the equipment.

The images above show the CKD SRL3 rodless cylinders at number 4. The CKD rodless cylinders stand out in production line automation because of their compact construction, optimum travel speeds, extended stroke lengths and increased resistance to lateral forces.
Because the cylinders do not require an external piston position, they can easily be used in space-constrained applications, as described above. The SRL3 cylinder can be ordered directly from the webshop.
Pneumatic and electric grippers for every application
In the image above, AirTAC's grippers are shown at number 5. A pneumatic gripper offers a lightweight, fast and flexible solution in pick-and-place applications, resulting in faster cycle times and higher productivity on the production line. The grippers from BIBUS' webshop are suitable for almost any industrial automation application.
The grippers are available both pneumatically and electrically operated and range from mini versions to 'heavy duty' versions. BIBUS' webshop also offers specific grippers, such as O-ring grippers, needle grippers, magnetic grippers and contactless grippers based on vacuum. In addition, BIBUS offers solutions for cleanrooms or explosive environments. For the latest generation of Cobot robots, BIBUS also has special grippers in its range.
Highly precise and smooth movements with linear guides
BIBUS is very familiar with linear movements. Besides rodless cylinders, BIBUS also supplies linear actuators and linear guides. The latter group ensures straight and level movement of loads, making linear guides a crucial role in industrial automation.
The technology is widespread in various industrial sectors. Linear guides offer the ability to optimise machines, allowing products to move smoothly and safely through the production or packaging process. The illustration shows the guides in number 6.
Reliable Matrix high speed valves
MATRIX high speed valves (see number 7 in the illustration), equipped with innovative technology, are optimised for extreme speed and long service life, with up to 4 billion switching cycles. This impressive service life significantly reduces maintenance frequency and lowers operating costs.
The valves guarantee constant quality and maximum productivity thanks to their high repeat accuracy and unmatched reliability. Their frictionless mechanism enables lightning-fast switching times of less than 1 millisecond. In short, for industrial automation, MATRIX valves offer superior performance, reliability and cost savings.
Compact electric actuators with internal control
Another widely used solution for reliable and accurate linear motion can be found in electric linear actuators (product 8 in the illustration). An electric actuator is a very good solution if you are looking for simple and accurate smooth motion control. The actuators are used in applications requiring tilting, lifting, pulling or pushing with a force of up to 10,000 N.
BIBUS supplies Bansbach actuators with internal control (easyE-i) and external control (easyE). An advantage of the integrated series, is that the actuators have become as compact as conventional actuators with hall sensor. Via the BIBUS website, you can easily configure the desired actuator for reliable industrial automation yourself.
Easymotion hydraulic height adjustment for production line positioning
The Easymotion system is a synchronous linear hydraulic height adjustment by means of one or more cylinders. This height adjustment is achieved by simultaneous control of each individual hydraulic cylinder.
Where other systems stop, the Easymotion system continues. Heavy or light, Easymotion is multi-purpose and can also be adapted to specific requirements. The Easymotion system consists of a hydraulic pump, compact control cylinders and pipes to connect all components. The system can be operated with an electric motor or manual crank.
In the current application, an Easymotion system is used to adjust the height of the production line as required. This can be seen at number 9.
Versatile manifold valves
In the illustration, number 10 shows a pneumatic manifold valve. Manifolds in industrial automation provide a centralised and streamlined solution for managing multiple pneumatic functions. They improve efficiency, simplify installation and maintenance, reduce piping and offer flexibility in system design.
The M4G-MN4G manifold valve has an extremely long lifetime (up to 100 million switching cycles) for reliable operation, low power consumption to minimise energy costs and fast response time to efficiently operate each actuator.
Full range of pallet stoppers
Pallet stoppers play a crucial role in industrial automation systems, especially in environments where materials and products need to be moved in a structured and efficient manner. The illustration above shows the pallet stoppers at number 11. These components allow pallets to be positioned accurately and automatically.
