BIBUS has 6 types of linear actuators in its range, divided into
two groups: actuators with integrated control and actuators with external control.

Hall sensors are used to determine the position of the actuators. These models are ideal for applications where actuators need to be able to move synchronously or for positioning tasks. Think of applications in agriculture and horticulture, the medical world, the automotive or maritime sector, etc.

With a regular actuator, the motor is coupled to the connecting rod. This is not the case with an actuator with a spline function. This ensures that the hatch can also be opened manually in the event of a power failure. The videoshows how easy this is.

CAD configurator for actuators

It is also possible to assemble your actuator yourself using a CAD 3D configurator. From now on, with the help of this system, an actuator can be assembled completely to size in a few mouse clicks. After entering parameters such as the desired force, the stroke, and the desired end connections (read: on piston rod or cylinder side), the system generates the corresponding CAD model and PDF to order your actuator fully automatically.
