Bansbach easylift has been developing and producing all types of gas springs for over 40 years. These gas springs come from the "Easylift" program. In addition to gas springs, Bansbach is also internationally known for its high-quality electric linear actuators. Linear actuators convert rotational movements in low voltage / DC motors into linear push / pull movements. Actuators are a good solution when an application requires lifting, tilting or pushing with a force of up to 10,000.
BIBUS has 6 types of linear actuators in its range, divided into two groups. The group of actuators with integrated control consists of lines the easyE-35i (with a constant force up to 2,200 N), the easyE-50i (up to 4,500 N) and the easyE-60i (up to 10,000 N). The same lines are also available with external control, the easyE-35, easyE-50 and easyE-60. The stroke can vary from 50 - 750mm (longer on request).

In addition to solutions for height and position adjustments, Bansbach also produces high-quality motion control dampers. Motion control dampers are used as a safety element to control the speed of moving masses. Motion control damping is a general name for special easylift products, which can be used for various safety and control functions.
For example, there is the series of “standard dampers” which is characterized by damping over the entire stroke. The damper is completely filled with oil. Due to the internal mechanism, when the piston is pulled out, a small undamped stroke will occur. The input and output speed, as well as the effective movement deceleration of the mass, can be significantly affected by the use of different flow bores as well as by the use of a different oil viscosity.

The last product group in the Bansbach range consists of various solutions in the field of hydraulic height adjustment. This part of the program enables BIBUS to offer you the best solution for every situation.
